Meet Coach Joseph Rollins born November 19 1991 — founder, CEO, and the driving force behind our MMA studio. His journey began as a young kid with a deep passion for martial arts, which later expanded into multiple sports, including football. Over time, his dedication to discipline, athleticism, and mentorship led him to create something greater — a space where youth and adults could build strength, confidence, and character through martial arts.

Together with his wife, he co-founded a powerful Bully Prevention and Self-Defense Program, designed to help kids feel empowered, stay disciplined, and stand up for themselves and others. The program has made a measurable difference:

Coach Joseph currently leads active partnerships with 3 Baltimore City Public Schools and 4 Baltimore City nonprofit organizations, continuing his mission to build stronger individuals and communities through martial arts.
